Industry pre-competitive collaboration is supporting raising the level of quality, driving efficiencies, and mitigating risk for the biopharmaceutical industry. The Avoca Quality Consortium® (AQC) is able to illustrate this collaborative spirit among many Sponsor and Provider organizations. Since its inception in 2011, the AQC® has been effective in helping to “raise the tide, thereby raising all boats” to higher levels of performance.

The AQC’s approach: Collaborative agreement on prioritizing challenges to tackle prolific development of industry leading practices (>400 guides, tools, templates, standards, and intelligence reporting) and many platforms for pre-competitive sharing, including the AQC Aha! online community.

This webinar shares analytics from two Avoca Quality Consortium sources: the AQC Knowledge Center (library of leading practices) and the Avoca Aha! Online Community. We share with you some of the most active and rich online community exchanges that highlight the challenges the industry is facing. We also share the most frequently downloaded leading practices and make the connections between AQC Member exchanges and the resources that are leveraged to drive higher levels of quality and efficiency and reduce levels of risk for clinical trials.
