The Avoca Quality Consortium has developed a comprehensive library of more than 400 leading practices since its inception. These leading practices are available to AQC Member companies via the AQC Knowledge Center. We are often asked where to start to tap into this wealth of information. As a result, the AQC team has gathered analytics on the most frequently viewed/downloaded leading practice tools and will be sharing some of these tools in this webinar. Mini-case studies will be presented to illustrate their use. This session will describe how they are used to drive quality, reduce risk, enhance compliance, and offer efficiencies.
