This presentation will walk through real-life scenarios and examples on the importance of Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) and what happens when a robust RBQM program is not in place. The lifecycle of RBQM will also be reviewed, as well as how to incorporate these principles into the clinical execution process to prevent issues.
